Loan Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement

Your information and portal access are protected. This agreement explains how FMCC may process information for loan-related services and the confidentiality obligations that apply when using the portal.

Privacy and data processing consent

You authorize FMCC to collect, record, organize, use, update, retrieve, verify, store, and otherwise process personal, membership, employment, financial, loan, payment, account, document, correspondence, device, login, and audit information that you provide or that is lawfully obtained in connection with your account.

Loan application and account servicing

Your information may be used to verify identity and eligibility; evaluate, approve, document, release, administer, restructure, collect, reconcile, and close loans; process deductions or payments; communicate account notices; respond to requests; prevent fraud; perform audits; and meet legal, regulatory, risk, and recordkeeping requirements.

When reasonably necessary and legally permitted, FMCC may validate submitted details with authorized employers, principals, references, financial institutions, service providers, insurers, credit or risk information providers, and government or regulatory authorities.

Authorized disclosure and retention

Information may be shared only with FMCC personnel and authorized third parties who need it for legitimate loan, payment, technology, security, professional, compliance, or legal purposes. Recipients must be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, or legal obligations. Records may be retained for as long as required for the stated purposes, applicable obligations, dispute resolution, and the protection of legitimate rights and interests.

Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement

Information available through this portal—including borrower or member records, loan computations, payment information, internal reports, credentials, documents, workflows, system features, and business processes—is confidential unless FMCC has expressly made it public.

You agree that you will:

  • access only information necessary and authorized for your account or assigned work;
  • not copy, disclose, publish, transmit, sell, or use confidential information for an unauthorized purpose;
  • not share passwords, access tokens, screenshots, exports, or documents with unauthorized persons;
  • protect downloaded or printed information and securely dispose of it when no longer needed; and
  • promptly report suspected loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure to FMCC.

These confidentiality obligations continue after logout, account deactivation, employment separation, loan completion, or termination of access, to the extent allowed by applicable law and FMCC policy.

Account security and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You must not bypass security controls, impersonate another person, alter records without authority, introduce harmful code, scrape or extract data without approval, or use the portal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated purposes. FMCC may log activity and restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, information, or systems.

Electronic consent and acknowledgment

Selecting Accept & Continue constitutes your electronic consent and acknowledgment. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you understand this agreement, and that you agree to comply with applicable FMCC policies and legal requirements. Electronic records of your acceptance may be used as evidence of consent.

Questions, correction requests, or privacy concerns should be submitted through the official FMCC support or privacy contact designated by the organization.
